Introduction

Unless you are a professional who is fortunate enough to run your own business,

there wil more than likely come one point in time when you will be employed by

some entity and expected to understand and abide by their policies and procedures.

  Well even though each entity may have their own set of policies,

procedures, rules, and regulations, there are also state and federal guidelines that

must be followed the entities.  Every employee should be aware of their

states employee guidelines as well as federal employee guidelines.  This libguide
